Chris Heisey
Principal
Chris brings 12 years of residential construction, renovation, and design/build experience to Snead Construction. Prior to co-founding Snead Construction, he served as Senior Manager of Construction for UIP General Contracting, where he renovated and developed over 300 apartment and condominium units valued at $100M+ during his tenure. Chris began his career at NVR where he was involved in construction management, as well as sales and marketing. Chris remains personally involved with each project from inception to completion and manages the business operations of Snead.
Adam Stifel
Director of Business Development/Principal
Adam is a fifth generation Washingtonian and comes from a family that has a long history in Washington, D.C. real estate development and construction. As co-founder of real estate development and investment company CAS Riegler, Adam has played in integral role in all aspects of CAS’s property development, including sourcing real estate transactions, procurement of equity, design, project management and construction management. As a Co-founder of Snead Construction, Adam is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and business development.
Kevin Riegler
Chief Financial Officer/Principal
Kevin has over 12 years of real estate development, construction and investment experience, during which time he successfully implemented more than $350 million of urban real estate projects throughout the DC area. Since co-founding real estate development and investment company Cas Reigler in early 2010, Kevin has executed 10 projects totaling over $70 million in value creation. Kevin's responsibilities at Snead Construction include finance and accounting, and implementing the strategic direction of the company.
Rory Byrnes
Project Manager
Rory Byrnes has over 5 years of experience Washington DC commercial real estate in a number of different roles including leasing, Investment Sales, and Property Management. Rory worked with Lincoln Property Company in a commercial leasing role and he transitioned to investment sales with Cassidy & Pinkard. Rory received his MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with a concentration in real estate development in 2012 and his BA from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005.
Jay Stephen
Project Manager
Jay is responsible for budgeting, preconstruction, construction management, and quality control for renovation and ground up construction. Prior to joining Snead, Jay served as the head of UnitTurns LLC, focusing on multifamily make-ready services for D.C.’s leading property managers. Previously, Jay served as an engineering and construction inspector for the Franklin County Engineer’s Office in Columbus, Ohio.
Nick Jessee
Operations Manager
Nick oversees all construction staff, materials and logistics, procurement and management of vendors/subcontractors, and coordination between clients, design consultants, and other participants in residential developments. Prior to joining Snead, Nick served as a Project Manager with UIP General Contracting, where he executed the renovation of over 200 apartment and condominium units.
